Wednesday Night Take-Out
Wednesday Night Take-Out This ministry is a meals-on-wheels type service. The men of Horsepasture meet in the kitchen on Wednesdays to prepare and deliver meals to the sick, shut-in, and immobile in our community. Backpack Program
Backpacks for Kids This ministry provides an array of snacks and goodies each week to more than 50 students at Carver Middle School. Supplies are purchased monthly and “goodie bags” are assembled and delivered to the school by HCC volunteers. Teachers place the bags in students lockers on Thursday afternoons for “discovery” on Fridays. This ministry of love has been operating behind the scenes at Horsepasture for nearly ten years. Upward Basketball Postponed
The 2021 Horsepasture Christian Church Upward basketball/cheerleading season has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our leadership team has been deliberating all kinds of creative solutions to provide a basketball/cheerleading experience this year that would be as safe as possible for both children and families.
